The sponsoring organization must complete an Permit for the Use of Fireworks, Pyrotechnics, Flame Effects and Entertainment lasers. Organizations are responsible for understanding and abiding by the applicable policies and procedures published on the Campus Safety website. In addition, organizations must:
- Notify the vendor of insurance requirements
- Arrange with Campus Safety to provide security for the display
- Conduct adequate cleanup of the display site within 12 hours of the event and return the site to its pre-event condition.
